Thanks for visiting my website! This blog is where I’ll give weekly content about what I’m reading and learning about, and how it relates to my own training. I read a lot of the free information available in the baseball training community on a regular basis, whether it be on Twitter, through email lists, or through training websites, and I hope that I can “give back” some content of my own using this blog. I’m by no means an expert, but I do my best to continually learn, and I hope that’s reflected in my coming posts.
